@amazonHelp Details shared, with complete chronology. Only resolution sought: IMDT FULL REFUND. Already spent days chasing customer-care & hearing contradictions. Issue is now entirely with @amazon. Let’s see the promised 6–12 hrs finally produces a resolution rather than another script.

@amazonindia Your “customer obsession” is a joke when your own policies become an excuse to NOT solve a customer’s problem. A maze of scripted replies where accountability goes to die. If @amazon’s policy prevents you from helping customers, your policy is the problem.

@amazonindia There ws time, a decade ago, when u were fighting to win customers—n ur service reflected it. Today, after making customers dependent on ur ecosystem, u seem to care two hoots about them. It isn’t “customer obsession”. It's complacency born out of market dominance.

@amazonindia Your “resolution” was a link that expired after ONE HOUR. I saw it only today—so naturally, it was useless. Three executives gave three different explanations/policies, my money remained blocked throughout, and escalation executive Junaid showed zero empathy.

A proud Independence Day parade by the young girls of Ghoom Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Darjeeling. Their spirit truly amazing. Jai Hind, Vande Mataram 🇮🇳

A female falcon was equipped with a GPS tracker during her journey from South Africa to Finland. She covered approximately 230 km per day, flying in a straight line across African lands until she reached the desert in the north. She then followed the path of the Nile River over Sudan and Egypt, avoiding flying over the Mediterranean Sea. Instead, she crossed over Syria and Lebanon, also steering clear of the Black Sea because if she got thirsty, she wouldn’t be able to drink from it. She continued in a straight line and reached Finland after 42 days.

@airindia Everything was good in my recent flt. Be it the state of the aircraft, the warmth of cabin crew, the punctuality. Everything was good. I'm sure Air India is on the course to attain its past glory from the days of JRD Tata.

With @Amazon taking out Prime Video and @Amazonmusic from the umbrella of prime membership and making them paid, the sanctity of Prime membership is gone. It's time to move away from Amazon to other better alternatives for music and Amazon ecosystem.
