As a coach, put your players in positions to succeed. Give each one a role that they can excel in. Figure out how to utilize their strengths and protect their weaknesses.

@SportPsychTips When I coached basketball I didn’t have the most experience group of players. By leveraging their strengths we made a pretty good team. Now in the business world I try to apply the same principles.
@SportPsychTips Absolutely! Also put them in positions to fail If they’re not failing, they’re not growing. Create opportunities to feel good and “get good!”
