Starlink Maritime allows you to connect from some of the most remote waters in the world → starlink.com/maritime
@SpaceX Should it be gimble mounted? Are their any plans to provide affordable options for cruisers in the sub-50ft class of yacht? It's a shame that the barrier to entry is so high for maritime internet. This is a luxury but also potentially life saving technology.
@SpaceX Imagine if Starlink already existed in 1912, could’ve been useful for this vessel here
@SpaceX Why not just chuck a Starlink consumer dish onto a boat?
@SpaceX Why is this 10 times more expensive than any of your other services. The primary target for this could be small yachts less than 50 feet. There is no way people in this class of boat can afford this. RVs are much less. You should address the tremendous cost difference.
@SpaceX why the advertisement when you can't fulfill orders yet? you know there's no shortage of demand so why not focus on getting starship launches and more sats up first? i promise you there's no shortage of people waiting to buy one as soon as there's more coverage.
@SpaceX How about servicing your customers in the US with orders that have been open going on 18 months…IN, USA.
@SpaceX What's the difference between this and the RV version?
@SpaceX How about the people waiting for a year and a half? Then you guys raise the price. Then told wait another six months? But get one on a boat or an RV?!!! Your competition is my only alternative. This post makes the people who have been waiting pissed. Please just send me the kit
@SpaceX It maintains connection with the movement on the water?!? To what wave height?
