@British_Airways I booked a holiday earlier today but due to technical difficulties on your website I couldn’t log in and therefore couldn’t part pay with my avios. I paid a deposit so I could use my Avios on the rest once the website was working again but this isn’t an option?

@British_Airways BA emailed to say my BA flight to Zagreb in September is now being operated by Finnair but I need to know if the baggage allowance is the same as we are flying with a baby and booked with BA as an infant gets extra cabin bags plus a car seat and pram for free

@Gatwick_Airport my partner left his phone on the plane yesterday, flight VY6206. He realised straight away but couldn’t get back to the plane. Lost and found office was closed as we got there at ten past 4 and I have filed an online report. Is there anything else I can do?

@vueling I flew into Florence last from london Gatwick after a 3 hour delay and no one’s luggage on the entire flight came with us!! We have been told it will be coming on the flight this evening and to collect from Florence airport then! Please can you confirm!?
