@askdepop Spoken to about 4 team members and they all keep repeating themselves. The issue is still persistant and often says - Internal server error - SMS client 429. Can you escalate this issue to someone whos aware of this error? Ive got parcels to ship. Thanks! @askdepop

@DHLPaket Hello! I sold an Item through etsy, printed my own label for German address but forgot to add the IOSS number. Customer has paid fulled VAT, but as I forgot to add the IOSS, I believe it may be stuck in German Customs! Are you able to help?
