@RabeeTourky @RabeeTourky it’s a market information problem, renters and owners have little info about capacity, objectives eg. Ability to pay and stay. 40% of tenure is 3yrs plus but getting there is luck. We’re solving this with Snug Match and building #subscriptionhousing
