Under the ADA, gas stations with 2+ attendants must assist drivers with disabilities. How often do you see gas stations with more than one attendant? Let’s pass legislation that makes fueling up easier for everyone. ada.gov/gasserve.htm

@wedbeddead @EnergyDelivered @AbilitiesExpo Flossie, gas stations w 2+ attendants have to give accommodations to drivers w disabilities. Whether the assistance button is functional, attendants are on-site, or it’s wheelchair accessible is a different story.We are not asking for taxes, gifts, or donations. We are advocates.

Gas stations remain among the most inaccessible public places. The ADA brought us a long way, but accessible fueling options are still missing for the nearly 800,000 Californians with a mobility disability.
