@juliefletcher0 Hi Julie, Payment structure will be two hour minimum for any job. With our low agency fee to customers we will be in a better position to offer Interpreters a stronger rate per job. Details and terms will be posted and updated on our site in due course. Thanks for your interest!

Hi Sarah, would this be a common occurrence for you when attaining bookings from agencies? Would love to know your thoughts on areas needing improvements?
Booked by agency, everything confirmed. Job cancelled 2 days prior to booking. I invoice. They refuse to pay because cancellation fees weren't discussed at time of booking. My email had in its footnotes my terms and conditions and cancellation fees. Where do I stand legally?
