@andyrfc1871 At which point should have sold us.. but he held on, messed around multiple buyers, tried selling the training ground etc, I don’t think he cared at all in the end, if the club survived or not made 0 difference to him

@TruthWh17perer @Fozziebear17 @AranLong1 @RCouhig Yep that’s where it all starts, then the Thais selling off pretty much any assets the club owned then obviously Dai. I’m not surprised they are looking at ways to save money to try turn the club around..

@andyrfc1871 @CScott____ If he didn’t have the funds the efl wouldnt have let it happen tbf, genuinely don’t think Dai cared if the club survived or not. Think they will have a crack at getting us up and sell us on in a year or so, it’s probably already worth more for not having to deal with Dai!

@AndyRFCCharman @TheTilehurstEnd Yeah something more in that region would be fair - issue is they’ve added things like the royals tv audio pass onto the essentials tier, I think there needs to be a basic “membership’ with a token fee annually which does nothing more than allow you to buy tickets and build points

@MikePea73444529 @PipSharmy Yeah I agree £70 to get points is too high, i think most clubs these days require a membership fee to collect points but think for a club where we are in league one £70 is too much

@andyrfc1871 @CScott____ Tbf we heard so much about these “better” buyers but ultimately Rob was the only one who was able to make it happen, we have no idea what would have happened if he didnt.. We was just a play thing for Dai, he didnt care, got bored when it went wrong and gave up

@andyrfc1871 @CScott____ Tbf they have made mistakes but we are in a better situation than we were under Dai.. with a couple of tweaks think most would be ok with one royal, stadium improvements are well overdue too. Ultimately all depends on how the team does next season need playoffs minimum needed IMO

@m1871e @longlaneroyal They’ve been ok IMO, One Royal has its issues (loyalty points) but other than that it’s a good idea imo, stadium improvements I guess we will see how they turn out but it’s way overdue, ultimately though will all depend how good the team does next season

@AndyRFCCharman @TheTilehurstEnd I maybe wrong but I think most clubs require an ongoing membership subscription of some sort to earn points now? That said I do think £70+ for that privilege is way too much for a club where ours is right now.

@MikePea73444529 @PipSharmy Tbf we had no viable options, Rob only got it because he managed to tie Dai up legally, I expect Dai would have held on as long as he could sold the training ground and forget the rest. Subscription is good imo only thing I’m against is the more points for higher tiers tbf

@TruthWh17perer @Jones1871 @RCouhig Tbf most money owners spend are loans loaded against the club it’s not unusual? If they can sell us on for a quick profit in a year or so it suggests they’ve done a good job so I don’t really see it as a bad thing
