5.2.14 includes a few changes that’ll make managing permissions on macOS much easier. You can now see which permissions have been granted and request missing permissions from within a running session:

@Henry_Braganza You can have any number of machines accessible via your SimpleHelp server, or any number of technicians using it. We only limit the number of sessions that can happen at the same time.

A session is any connection between a technician and a remote computer.
A 5 session license allows:
•One technician to connect to 5 remote machines at the same time.
•Five technicians to each connect to 1 remote machine at the same time.
