Very disgusted in the service by @Uber and @FNBSA . @Uber debited my account 7 times for no rides taken and then I reported to FNB fraud they cancelled my card and haven’t heard anything since and no-one at any business dept can assist me and Uber is not taking responsibility!

@Uber_Support @Uber_Support yes, they have “emailed” me...that doesn’t mean they have actually assisted me or attempted to resolve this in anyway! I have an entire email thread with your support team - with many “copy & paste” generic responses, no concrete solution to this fraudulent debits!

8 months, @TelkomZA has been overcharging me each month, totalling R2404.13!! and yet, they have suspended my services, even though I am up to date with the overcharged payments. Fighting trying to get my services reconnected... and I have a dispute reference number: 28607287.
