Northern Bedford and Claysburg-Kimmel teamed up in their Sideline Cancer Game for the I Can Cup. Both communities raised about $10,000 dollars for a pair of Northern Bedford Middle School students who are battling cancer.

When working with players on developing and use of a “Pullback Dribble” here are a few things to keep in mind 1) When you attack make the defense stop the basketball 2) Protect the basketball 3) Create contact separation and space 4) Read the defense and react to the situation
Guard The Yard One of my favorite defensive fundamental drills! The defense has the mentality that they must guard 3 feet to the left and 3 feet to the right. If they can do that their is a good chance they will keep the offensive player in front of them in game situations!

Crossovers - In this timed drill it’s simple, move the basketball from your right hand to your left hand as quick as you can. I try to keep the basketball below my knees and in the middle. Here I do the drill for :15’s, I will build this up into :30 sets for players.
