AI impact update. Projects that used to take us 600 hours now take 60. We kept our margin the same, so custom software is 10x cheaper to build. Most businesses don't realise this yet. Things you ruled out as too expensive six months ago are now feasible. Anything can be built. The messier the better. Feasibility is restricted by imagination more than budgets.
