زندگی میں ایک وقت ایسا آتا ہے جب انسان کو ہر طرف اندھیرا نظر آتا ہے۔ مسئلے ختم نہیں ہوتے، دعائیں پوری ہوتی نظر نہیں آتیں، اپنے لوگ سمجھ نہیں پاتے، اور مستقبل بھی دھندلا دکھائی دیتا ہے۔ یہی وہ وقت ہوتا ہے جب شیطان کہتا ہے: "اب کچھ نہیں بدل سکتا۔" مگر ایمان کہتا ہے: "میرا اللہ سب کچھ بدل سکتا ہے۔" حضرت یعقوبؑ نے برسوں یوسفؑ کا انتظار کیا، مگر امید نہیں چھوڑی۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "وَلَا تَيْأَسُوا مِن رَّوْحِ اللَّهِ" "اللہ کی رحمت سے نااُمید نہ ہو۔" (سورۃ یوسف: 87) غور کرو… اللہ نے نااُمیدی کو ایمان کا راستہ نہیں بنایا۔ اس لیے حالات چاہے کتنے ہی مشکل کیوں نہ ہوں، اپنے رب کے بارے میں اچھا گمان رکھو۔ آج تمہیں راستہ نظر نہیں آ رہا، اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ راستہ موجود نہیں۔ آج مسئلہ حل نہیں ہوا، اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ اللہ نے تمہیں چھوڑ دیا۔ کبھی اللہ تمہیں اندھیرے میں اس لیے رکھتا ہے تاکہ تم اُس روشنی کی قدر کرو جو وہ تمہیں آگے دکھانے والا ہے۔

Yesterday Sky TV decided to air an 18 min interview with the sones of Imran Khan, a legendary figure in Pakistan and world cricket, currently in prison on fake charges in Islamabad. The goverrnment refused a Supreme Court injunction that he should be transferred to an ordinary hospital. The Pakistan Cricket Board that has been a nest of vipers and sycophants protested to Sky and blackmailed the network. Pakistan would not go out to field if SDky showed the clip. Sky delayed it, but what is striking is that the PCB that is meant to be an independent body is a total slave of the government. That is one reason why Pakistani cricket is suffering badly today. If the PCB carry on like this, they will destroy their own team further. Perhaps they should withdraw from Test cricket altogerther and concentrate on making money via 20-20 matches.
