@VodafoneIreland I first made contact with you at the beginning of November and have been promised a call back every week since - now Nov 30th and nothing. I've called your contact centre and dm'd and still nothing. You're able to debit accounts but not provide customer care?

@Buseireann Just a continuous thing with a form lodged or not. Terrible service with misleading "real time"and timetable . It's not good enough but sure nothing gets done ridiculous carry on

@Buseireann Nx Timetable - is it just some days you adhere to it? When on a call to "customer service" they try to advise that there is no specific bus at that time I enquired about - lies. The amount of money you're charging for a ticket I'd recommend getting your act together

@BordGaisEnergy yesterday I was told I'd get a call and received nothing, today I was told the same. On the 9th working day now and yet no contact made besides the effort I've put in. This is customer service is it ???
