Everyone knows the criminal trial on 34 felonies Trump begins on Monday is about him committing serious crimes to try to steal the 2016 presidential election, right? I mean, we’re clear on it having nothing to do with his family or propriety, only lying to American voters, right?
This is a man who committed felony after felony after felony after felony after felony after felony after felony after felony after felony—et al.—just to ensure his 2016 presidential campaign wouldn’t die a gruesome death, which it *would’ve* had he not committed those 34 crimes.
I’m not saying this because I used to be a federal criminal investigator and a criminal defense attorney. Anyone who isn’t a child fully understands that this case isn’t about sex, hush money, or business records. It’s a case about the successful theft of the 2016 U.S. election.
I know MAGAs have memories like goldfish, but adults who are compos mentis can actually remember things that happened 8 years ago—like every leading Republican demanding Trump quit the race after the Access Hollywood video. Had they known of these felonies, he would’ve been done.
So this is an “election interference” case. And it should be *referred* to as an election interference case. The purpose of these 34 felonies—which Trump has no legal defense for whatsoever—was to interfere in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Please don’t get it twisted.
Once this clownshow is over with, Trump will go on to win the 2024 election, and starting on Jan 20, 2025 I give him my blessings to go after each and everyone of you who has pursued him and his family unjustly and viciously for nearly a decade, so keep it up, we'll see who has the last laugh. My bet's on Trump. You, sir, are nothing but a Communist clown in my book, and I pity you.
@SethAbramson #ElectionInterferenceCase should be trending.
@SethAbramson I have no idea why, in our current political climate, these things must constantly be spelled out in this way. And by “no idea” I mean that after witnessing the systematic lobotomization of 30% of the American body politic by a con artist, I’ve come to understand all too well.
@SethAbramson Seems like much of the reason for falsifying the business records was also to help in future elections (like 2020) by hiding what he had done in 2016 and before. I recall that in 2017 he didn’t list the debt to Cohen in his financial disclosure because he was still covering up.
@SethAbramson It’s “election interference” if you jump through enough hoops and contort yourself to make it so. In reality, it is simply a legal payment that at worst, was filed incorrectly. But yes, we’re supposed to think it’s really bad because of the Access Hollywood and blah blah blah!
@SethAbramson Mr. Trump should go to prison for concealing his extramarital sex act with a porn star from the voters. Don't take my word for it. Even former Trump aide and reporter-assaulter Corey Lewandowski thinks so. x.com/repsylviagarci…

@SethAbramson What secrets are a candidate allowed to not disclose to voters?
@SethAbramson Oh, the irony that the man who has cast so much unfounded doubt about the US election system is now on trial for election fraud. If he's convicted, it will be fantastic.
@SethAbramson Falsified business records? It takes a real stretch of the imagination to think a multi billion dollar businessman is in anyway connected directly to those business records. He has accounting firms under contract and teams of lawyers who handle all aspects of his businesses.
