@ouraring Purchased Oura Ring 4 in Dec ’24; it failed after 12 months. Support confirmed defectiveness but offered only a ‘new-like’ replacement. For a premium product, I request a refund as this policy was not clearly disclosed. Seeking leadership review.

@IssuesT91687 Thanks for your quick reply. I bought an Oura Ring 4 from John Lewis in December 2024. It stopped working completely after just over a year. Oura’s technical support said it’s defective. They only offered a refurbished replacement, which I declined.

@hot_CEO_halifax, @HalifaxBank - I've been having a lot of trouble with my mortgage direct debit collection process. It's been six months, and Halifax still hasn't fixed it. The complaints team hasn't been very helpful.
