@sonjabl @ajblain @ithoughtisaid Agreed. A related angle is the almost complete lack of awareness of sociotechnical mirroring (aka Conway's Law) in most #orgdesign / OD discourse. Utterly baffling given how important this is.
Pretty much every issue in a software org (or any org) can be traced back to people and how they're treated. The health of sociotechnical systems link directly to organisational performance and revenue generating capabilities of that organisation.
