I hope they figure out where Jeffrey Clark, from DOJ’s environment section, got his wacky ideas about elections—not his area. If someone teed him up, that’s key to know. apnews.com/article/2020-e…
There is a credible scenario that he was put up to this, that someone else drafted the “Georgia letter,” and that it was part of a larger plot — not just one odd guy’s mad fixation.
@SenWhitehouse So what if any recourse does the federal government have if there is a problem with a state's vote count or the integrity of those votes?
@SenWhitehouse Maybe the same place federal legislators, the executive branch, and the DC bureaucracy got the idea that it was their area to regulate and legislate the minutiae of the lives of American citizens.
@SenWhitehouse Clark is another perp that has little or no remorse
@SenWhitehouse Can my black friend join your Whites Only beach club?
@SenWhitehouse They’ll have to figure it out cuz Clark clammed up today and took the 5th.
@SenWhitehouse Scott Perry introduced him to Meadows, and then to Trump, etc.
@SenWhitehouse He belongs in jail with the rest of the insurrectionists !
@SenWhitehouse I believe you should look next door, Rep Scott Perry might have some answers.
