@danshipper Isn't the best option of this to have core principles and tools and then personal or task specific layers on top of this? Assuming that context bloat and token usage are still main factors when building agents.
@JanneSarkela@SouthJerzGiants@skepticalsports Yes ideas are not the constraint it's skill and practice. The math is incorrect but the math is impossible in most scenarios. You never have exactly the same odds and the conditions change.
@DaveShapi Exactly. The counterfactual: ban it publicly, labs go underground. Restrict it domestically, adversary nations don't. Try to enforce that with force and you get more secrecy, more fear, less safety.
The only path that actually improves outcomes is shaping adoption in the open.
@thdxr Seriously I usually have 2 workflows running at once and swap back and forth. I don’t do heavy coding though I do a lot of agent tweaking and writing work. Sometimes I have 3 running but most of the time I have 2 main sessions with up to 10 sub agents.
7/ Dorsey wrote the vision for where every company is headed. The gap between that vision and your company isn't talent or budget. It's architecture. The companies that figure out the harness win. The ones chasing the model lose.
6/ Block's answer to judgment abdication is humans "on the edge." But the hard part isn't putting humans at the edge. It's knowing which edge. That requires a judgment architecture, a system that maps autonomy levels to decision types and adjusts as trust is earned.
1/ Jack Dorsey just published Block's plan to replace hierarchy with AI. It's the most important org design piece of the year. It's also a blueprint that exactly zero startups can copy directly. Here's why that matters more than the article itself.
@kevingu great work glad to see more projects here.
evals are the real constraint though. you offload harness refinement but now you need to more than double down on eval quality and maintenance.
the loop is only as good as what you're optimizing against.
