Something interesting happened while testing output formats in Liminal. I gave the same complex task (designing a high-leverage personal operating system for someone with a demanding job + ambitious side project) in two ways: - One as clean Markdown - One as structured HTML designed to render live The difference was massive. The Markdown version felt like dense documentation functional, but heavy to read. The HTML version felt like an actual tool. Clean cards, visual hierarchy, scannable metrics, and clear sections. Same information, dramatically better comprehension and usability. We're not just prompting models for text anymore. They're starting to generate interfaces. This feels like a real shift in what AI outputs can be.
