There are times when it feels like - while each of us must play their part - the world is so full of hypocrisy & evil, that the only thing that can fix it is the one promised to ‘fill the earth with justice & equity after it has been filled with injustice and oppression’ #YaMahdi
He is still an Imam, fulfilling his divine mandate, and his condition or absence doesn’t absolve us of the obligation to pledge our allegiance to his Imamah.
He didn’t rule, issue directives, nor even lead a prayer! Does that strip him of his divine mandate? His very existence, without any public activity, is the same as when he’s the leader.
Zaidis have maintained that one of the conditions of Imama is to rise with the sword and perform Jihad. This is an established fact. And I never said it is “the only means of achieving Imama” but that it was one of the conditions as stipulated by their scholars.

Only when we feel truly helpless, will we pray for divine salvation in a way that yields results. For that to happen, entire mindsets must change regarding the power of prayer, trusting God, cutting hope from others, belief in the savior.. It’s a process that has to begin now.
