70% of listings on @Airbnb for STLs in Edinburgh do not display a licence number. If you ask them how they are ensuring their listings are safe and professionally-managed ie, legal, this is the response. WE have to gather evidence, write a letter and send it to Airbnb who pass it

@EdinInquirer it's not an extra 5% from tourists. It's 5% of all accommodation operator's business. It's tax on top of tax that gets taxed under threat of huge fines. That's a nice looking biz u got there. Be a pity if something happened to it. #SaveSC @ASSCnews @st_alliance
