The politics of basketball is crazy man some AAU programs & HS coaches will literally sabotage a kid cause they can’t control them and college assistants will despise kids they didn’t recruit for outplaying the ones they did
@Sauce_MacKenzie 1. People are flawed and many have pride issues. 2. The kid may need some intentional parenting. 3. AAU/HS coach may need to be more selective during tryouts. 4. College AC may need to humble himself and learn from the AC that recruited the player that’s whooping his player.
@Sauce_MacKenzie @damemorris95 Athletics industry is unfortunately flawed by people with self-hate, ego & pride basking, money, predatory parents & agendas. Rare to find a team & staff with a common goal of competing together at a high level, overachieving & winning. You find that then athletics becomes fun!
@Sauce_MacKenzie I would say about 6’4 and above hard to sabotage the kid but man 5’11 - 6’2 the hate is plentiful and you got to fine the right love for sure.
@Sauce_MacKenzie Unfortunate, and kinda sad that a grown up will try to slow down a kid ,mind boggling I swear.
@Sauce_MacKenzie THIS ONE RIGHT HERE,ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.The hate is real young fellas, grind out and shut them up ,cream rises to the top,no matter what ,and the same ones hate n on ,will b the same ones clap n 👏, lol .stay focus ,get n gym ,work ,u guys WILL have the last laugh ,promise u
@Sauce_MacKenzie I saw this at the lower level, wannabe AAU programs. The elite programs at least from a distance didn't need to play stupid reindeer games with athletes. Can't imagine these coaches or programs sustaining winning at a high level
@Sauce_MacKenzie The transfer portal has even the playing field a little thank God
@Sauce_MacKenzie I got caught in a big ten coaching change my freshman year… it’s very tough
