The ONLY thing stopping me from using mock service worker is the inability to assert on a request inside your test. I want to make sure that I'm sending the correct payloads when a user submits a form for example.

@aganglada Tbh I'm brand new to aws/lambdas. I want to use jest cause I want some automated tests for the lambdas that I could run on CI. Like I'm used jest/supertest for express for example, so something similar maybe
