@GE_Appliances Let me get this correct because of GE poor engineering to replace a broken plastic microwave btn I have to replace the whole ctrl panel, which cost $175. Seriously are GE decision makers on crack or do they just like ripping people off? Why can’t I replace a btn?

@GE_Appliances I have already contacted support. I was told I can't purchase the 3-button panel. The only way to get the button panel is to replace the entire control panel. I am not spending $175 to replace a single cheap plastic button and throwing away working circuit boards.
