Another great comics haul from @4thWorldComics. You just can’t go wrong with Star Wars, Universal Monsters, and Batman, especially when it’s this particular Denny O’Neil/Neal Adams/Dick Giordano Batman story!
Portsmouth Comic-Con (@PComicCon) in the UK is two weeks from today and includes some truly Luminous guests, such as Cavan Scott, @George_Mann, @RachaelAtWork, and @NickBrokenshire. Fans of #StarWarsTheHighRepublic should keep an eye on this one.
@SWLegacyReader @starwars @Lucasfilm It’s pretty impossible to choose there are so many great options from the high republic books, shadow of the sith is amazing, the mandolorin arguably made Star Wars main stream outside of movies.

I’m not always convinced chronological order is the best way to organize a Star Wars book collection. Sometimes books in a series or collection are more aesthetically pleasing together. 📚
@MegDowell The only real chronology I do in my shelves is one shelf per era, and then I try to group by series and then vaguely chronological??? Sort of???

My favorite canon story is definitely the short story “Fishing in the Deluge” by Ken Liu in The Legends of Luke Skywalker (2017)

@SCentralized Both are very good, but Escape from Valo builds off what Phase 1 did with Ram's growth into who he's becoming, whereas TEOD feels like a lot of world setup/reestablishment and a ton of military desperation. The Nihil do feel a bit undercooked here, but it at least is intentional.
