@AmazonHelp @amazonIN My return was picked up on Jan 9 and marked DELIVERED on Jan 15 (Tracking: 629452946423), but my refund is still not processed. App says “need more info” with no details. Had a chat with a customer support also. Please help resolve this.. #ScamAlert

@AmazonHelp I am a customer. Them logistics don’t matter to me. I paid and yall said 2 days and that’s what I expect. While paying that subscriptions.

@AmazonHelp I didn't tag because I know how to cancel the order. The issue is that Amazon has become unreliable. We have extremely different definitions of rare.

Beware ordering from @AmazonUK , they have a thief in their warehouse! Got a large envelope, sealed, containing an empty box that had been cut open! Tried to call them but they reckon I’ve not dialled a number to them twice so cut off my call!
