@AskLyft my apologies however today has been a RUFF ride. I ordered a pet friendly Lyft over 1/2 an hour ago. My 1st Lyft driver left as I was coming out the door. My 2nd Lyft driver drove off as I was approaching the car. My 3rd is 15 min away. I'm late for an appointment. 😤

@AskLyft good day, I GREATLY enjoyed appreciate all of you!!!! I understand not all drivers are able to make as much in tips as they would like. I GREATLY APPRECIATE the pet option!!!! I would love to set my base tip @30% No way to do so. My service dog and I were denied arrive.

Nor for any other reason. My Service Dogs are considered essential durable medical. They are considered to be extensions of me. That driver did not only deny my servic dog access to a place of public communication, descriminated against me & my protected class citizenship.

@Lyft, good day, I recently ordered 2 Lyft rides. My 1st from home to Zoom Room Dog Training here in Colorado Springs, CO. 1st driver arrived & canceled on me. Because I had a "service dog." 2nd driver was fair yet on the phone ENTIRE trip. I was 10 min late. Only tipped 15%

In my opinion, no individuals who are so blatantly willing to disregard a disabled person & their protective ADA Rights should be prohibited from working in any form Public Service. Please communicate to your drivers the messages sent for our drivers.

I have no desire to be disrespected nor to be disrespectful. I pay good money for these appointments. I arrived 10 minutes late for 1 today. The individual who I am reimbursing for his abilities, knowledge, & resources was disrespected today.

Furthermore, I believe the first driver who canceled the ride on me due to me having a service dog violated my ADA Rights & made Thor & I 10 minutes late to our appointment should lose his ability to represent Lyft. I do not take my ADA Rights lightly.

I have sent statements every time I am going anywhere with my service dogs that I have at least 1 service dog with me. I do not send these messages to you for entertainment or amusement. I send them with good faith in Lyft's abilities & will to communicate with the drivers.
