We learned a lot in battle this past weekend in Texas, tons of adversity, took a huge hit with injuries & found ways to recalibrate & find ways to win, GQE Black finished with 4 players in a game & found a way… proud of how hard everyone fought this weekend great building block

@GrindHouseBB See it all the time. Don’t name chase. They are usually a money grab and you are financing someone else’s kid. Saw a team with 8 players have a kid play 1 minute in the half. Some teams you are there to give the other kids a drink break (usually coaches’ kids).
I will never understand how PARENTS will allow/let/accept their talented kid to sit on AAU teams bench just bc of their name/status. There’s plenty of opportunities out there. Have you ever thought to yourself that this decision could kill their confidence?
@coachdbrand This is ridiculous. Let the kids show some emotion, and if you don’t let them show emotion then you probably are a control freak anyway who kids shouldn’t play for. Emotion is vital, if it goes over the line then talk to them why, but to say this is just asinine.
