@SPFT_mindmeds In my experience people have great difficulty in coming off the 50-100mg of quetiapine for sleep with insomnia being the major barrier.
@SPFT_mindmeds Yes, effect of APs on dopamine receptors irrespective of what diagnosis a doctor has given you. Psychotic symptoms/other wd sx occur on abrupt withdrawal happens in people without a psychotic disorder (fun afternoon: browse through nursing mothers' forums who stopped domperidone)
@markhoro Can you write a paper on benzodiazepines so that doctors start implementing long, slow tapers instead of ones that are inhumane.

Doctors, why is it so hard to tell patients what is going on? A friend is being investigated for....something. He has no idea what his bloods are being checked for, which of his organs are being scanned, or what the doctors are looking for. He wants to know but is scared to ask.
