Practice this week will be Tues-Fri 5:30-7:30 for the Heavyweights
Coach Ray has cancelled practice tonight for the Lightweights due to weather.
Jamboree schedule: 11am vs Arcola, 1pm vs Central A&M, 3pm vs Sangamon Valley. Asking all players be at the practice field by 10am Saturday
Hitting drills starts Monday.....are you hydrated?
Wednesday practice will be helmets & shoulder pads
