Hi, Friends! Here's the latest sterility test on our Fusion sorter. (left, negative control) sterile PBS + RPMI media without antibiotics. (mid/right, test) test sort + same source of RPMI media. Comparing all three confirms that the sorter is sterile! Yay! 🥳

Most recent sterility test for our Fusion Sorter: two test sorted tubes (left, middle) were incubated with RPMI media not containing antibiotics on 6/5. Comparing with the negative control (right, sterile PBS + media) today verifies the sterility of the sorter! 🌻

Two 'test sorted' tubes with RPMI (no antibiotic) media (left, middle) were placed in the incubator on 5/9 to test for any contamination. After 6 days of incubation, sterility check comparing with the negative control (right; PBS + media) shows that the sorter is sterile.

Latest sterility test of our Fusion sorter. Two test sort tubes (left, middle) and a sterile PBS tube (right) were incubated with antibiotic-free RPMI media on 5/1. Sterility check today shows that the test sorts are clear, as compared to the negative control PBS tube. :

Sterility test for the Fusion sorter from 4/14. Compared to the negative control (right, PBS + RPMI media with no antibiotics), both test sorts incubated with the same source of media (left, middle) appear sterile.

Just received the brand new autosampler for our Attune NxT! We tested the plate loader, and there were no bubbles in 20 consecutive wells. The draw volume was also correct. 🙌
