@SDonziger Gorsuch was right. Sometimes it is a well-reasoned dissent that, over time & with the greater perspective gained with hindsight, becomes enshrined as law.
@SDonziger When the poles of human values becomes so reversed that injustice is normalized as acceptable profit protectionism, I don't think there is any question that it's time to question the moral authority of our business and political leaders.

@SDonziger Unbelievable, Steven. I guess the old adage that we need Democrats in power to load up SCOTUS for justice no longer holds true. I'm really angry at this ruling.
