@RyanMarino No it doesn’t. Hyperbole doesn’t help here. (Known) case to (known) fatality rate is 1:1000, potentially 1:300 (with SSPE) in under 1 year olds. 1 in 10 get otitis and/or pneumonia. Still: vaccinate your kids.
