@YobitsVision @BSV_MetaNet @skylark_cash I admit the gut microbiome is very complex and can cause problems that no one should underestimate but that does not mean its dangerous for children to be vegan. Those media outlets just want to push a hype story so they increase their ratings, that's with all media.

@BSV_MetaNet @skylark_cash I just don't think its optimal to consume animal products. Look at all those numbers of death in the western world due to heart attacks and stroke. They are heavly amplified due to consumtion of animal prod. Just a reduction of animal products would be a great thing to all of us.

@BSV_MetaNet @skylark_cash The key is non-restrction. A varity of plants so you remain a healthy gut microbiom with lots of starchy food. Your gut can be fucked around quite a lot but this isn't restricted to a vegan diet only. Plenty of examples of non-vegans having problems with leaky gut etc.

@BSV_MetaNet @skylark_cash I don't think its that hard, you just don't restrict besides animal productes. All those raw vegans, water fasting youtubers. Its no wonder they stop being vegan. But still there are plenty healthy +20 year vegans.
