DM within a few hours. send the guide. then ask a question. "here's the guide. curious - what made you grab this?" now you're in a conversation. conversations become clients. step 6: post 3-5 times per day not 3-5 random thoughts. 3-5 strategic pieces. morning: something valuable or educational midday: a story or personal take afternoon: proof or case study evening: engagement post or hot take night: CTA pointing back to your pinned schedule it all in advance using typefully or tweethunter. batching beats scrambling. step 7: spend 30 minutes daily in replies find 10 accounts bigger than you in your niche. leave thoughtful replies on their posts. not "great post" nonsense. actual insights that showcase your expertise. one good reply can drive more profile visits than 5 of your own tweets. this is free distribution. use it. step 8: turn DM conversations into money when someone responds to your lead magnet DM, keep the conversation going. ask about their situation. understand their problem. offer to help if it makes sense. "sounds like you're struggling with [their problem]. I actually help people fix that. want me to share how?" soft. natural. not pushy. 20% of these conversations turn into paying customers if you do it right. step 9: follow up with everyone most sales don't happen on the first conversation. someone went quiet? follow up 3 days later. "hey just checking in - did that guide help?" still nothing? follow up a week later with something valuable. persistence beats talent when talent doesn't follow up. step 10: document everything and post the wins every client result is content. every testimonial is content. every milestone is content. screenshot everything. post it regularly. proof compounds. the more you share, the easier sales become. what happens when you do this week 1-2: foundation set. leads start trickling in. week 3-4: conversations happening daily. first sales. month 2: system humming. consistent leads. consistent revenue. month 3: momentum building. referrals coming. income predictable. this isn't theory.
