@manairport I received an email several weeks ago about our flight moving from T1 to T2 and had to submit a form to change the meet and greet parking. We've had no acknowledgement etc and fly in 3 weeks. Can you assist please?

@manairport I'm struggling to understand why my complaint has been ignored for 2 months when your meet & greet staff caused damage to my vehicle. I have photo evidence and invoices for this and nothing has been done to rectify!!

@manairport would love to understand your SLA's around response time that relates to a complaint I submitted when a service I paid for left me & my family stranded at 2am after Meet & Greet broke my car! I submitted my complaint early June and 'Frank' has continued to ignore!!

@O2 do you intentionally turn your online chat service off when you know you'll receive an influx of complaints for your appauling signal issue?! My daughter's at nursery and if they needed to contact me in an emergency they'd be unable to!! I've had no signal for 2 days now!!

@O2 is there any reason I've been without any signal for the last 2 days, and the only communication has been a shit email stating it'll be resolved within 2 weeks? I need to be able to get in touch with my childs nursery as well as work. Do you think this is acceptable service?
