@EmergencyBod As a Brit living abroad and a Royalist, I have also never seen this before. My heart bleeds for this young man, his wife and his family. He has exposed the truth. Racism is ingrained in us. We all have the responsibility to examine our own prejudices.

I agree. Contracts/salaries are suitable for some FP's/types of practice- but not others. Personally, I have always advocated for "blended funding" but now with overhead. The best of both worlds=adequate time for patients but incentives to practice comprehensive care.
