@NETGEAR your WiFi extender refuses to hold signal for more than 30 seconds. It has been reset twice and I am the verge of throwing it out. Is this the expected behaviour?

They identified my problem as a faulty node on the network in August. They since replaced my box twice and sent engineers 3 times all confirming faulty node. 100 calls and 100gb of safaricom bundles later they tell me it will be fixed this week. Currently have zero connection

However, for months now, I keep getting outages and Zuku either keeps denying it or acting like it's somehow my fault. "Restart your router", "Disconnect your phone" - Because 60 Mbps is not enough for a phone and a laptop to be connected at the same time (Zuku logic) 2/7
