Now @VZWSupport says they are locked out of my account. Nice technology you cannot even access the account because of a system issue. Must wait 24 hours. Awful!

@ATT your cable service is awful in our area Prosper, TX - have been disappointed since day 1. I miss my Colorado @Xfinity cable and the voice control. I will be changing soon!
