@easyJet 1/2 my dad has tried to check in for a flight on Wednesday. Found out needed all passport numbers which he didn’t have at the time, so came off it and got all info and then went back on two days later to redo it,

Trying for the 2nd day to get back to Glasgow with @easyJet and yet again the promised boarding gate number is not up yet. Plane due to depart in 35 minutes. I have to say I’m so sick of the lack of information. I’m already a whole day late going home 😡 so far…..

@easyJet hi - we’re due to return to Manchester on 13th June from Milan Linate airport at 11:10am. The easyJet chatbot says any travel updates will be on the website but there’s no information on the strike. The strike is clearly happening - are we going to be able to get home?

@easyJet Absolutely pathetic, easy Jet (mshould be called Difficult Jet , they have a glitch in their tech but customer services are completely uninterested. Trying to buy overpriced seats and luggage and they still won’t help , and was told we can do it at the airport port

@lastminute_com can you explain to me how a booking placed with flexible booking and dates can not be changed to a date showing available to book on your website for the reason hotels not available when I clearly is Such a bunch of fraudsters
