From red to blue states, state governments are stepping in to pass common-sense zoning reform to address skyrocketing costs of housing. Gov. Hobbs has a choice to stand with working families or become the first governor in the nation to veto a bill of this nature.
@RepAnaliseOrtiz Great talking to you. I really appreciate you come to my home and talk to me about the issues like I told you when you came you have everyone in this house votes .
@RepAnaliseOrtiz Pro housing policy is popular and Hobbs has been a great governor so far. She should keep that up and sign the bill!

@RepAnaliseOrtiz Lil Cowardly Katie Hobbs never signed a bill that was good for AZ and never vetoed a bad one.
@RepAnaliseOrtiz Easy to control people in the ghetto eh?
@RepAnaliseOrtiz Do you have a segment where you discuss what is exclusionary zoning , why it’s bad and why conmen sense is better? And data
@RepAnaliseOrtiz There is nothing about these bills that will lower prices. The only thing that will lower prices is more supply and lower demand. So until there is a bill that creates more home building companies, more workers or and more materials these bills should stop 🛑
