You may want to consider back porting: Horde now has a UE_HORDE_PREFLIGHT_CL envvar. Using UAT CLI args you can pull -set:PreflightChange= but that is likely to go away or at least be deprecated in UE6 as we move towards C# BuildGraph. github.com/EpicGames/Unre… #UnrealEngine

@ayoROJO Yeah that’s not happening sorry. I mean I am not on the horde team, so cannot say with a sir anything. However as a member of the build team who maintains all those files: I really don’t see a reason to move that config from files to anything else.

I’m gonna simply say this: if you are at all interested in a Stargate show with ANY of the original creators/performers involved, now is the time to say something. Otherwise it really will be the end of that chapter forever. Let them know you are THERE

@jamonholmgren As a user of @JetBrainsRider I cannot ever imagine searching for symbol. Find all of a given symbol with a proper index is far faster and more accurate. The Ride MCP also makes my agents faster and better.

@jamonholmgren I would have moved the me definition and me.uuid to the start of the function, then an empty new line, then the lines for c.whatever. I may have to disagree with the Cs var. That isn't clear and isn't defined in the local function there.

@jamonholmgren @jammingames Keep in mind people are often playing a second time for reasons other than story and will skip all possible cutscenes or similar. They just want to go pew pew or try to speed run or similar.

@jamonholmgren @jammingames I think it depends on much it feels like a tutorial. I usually want to skip tutorials because I don’t like feeling slowed down with something I already know and it’s usually immersion breaking.
