recovery.lacounty.gov Well progress is slow. The Los Angeles County recovery dashboard indicates on 45 permits have been issued. We are six months after the event and movement is almost non-existent.

@RickCarusoLA Why did it take DWP over 9 months to approve the repair? The repair contract was $131,000 (that's less than a low-level employee) and was let 47 days before the fire.
