Now on hr 11 of a “rolling” blackout. @Entergy is providing no updates other than “we’re so sorry 4 the inconvenience. We’re working 2 get power back on ASAP.” U can see the lights on in the rest of Conroe from the house. Yet here we sit, FURTHER WEST, STILL in the dark.

@Entergy @Big_Ez29 Not an acceptable answer. At least provide information as to what is happening. We have elderly and infirm people that cannot take this heat. Give us information so that we can make informed decisions.

@EntergyTX Look,we get it.Youre preserving the grid w/ “rolling” outages.But youve GOT 2 let people know if this really is going 2 be just hrs,or if you’re talking about days or more. People need 2 make plans.We have elderly people that can not deal w/this heat.
