@sama Maybe focus more on making Chat-GPT good at writing? It keeps repeating "it isn't just about...it's about" whereas it used to give unique output. It's becoming a joke. Good writing from Chat-GPT is more important than emotional intelligence.

More "reader first content" from Forbes. Clearly just one-click AI trash. The irony is this is about "the importance of brand voice" and it's done with AI in the most generic tone possible. Thanks for the very helpful content, Google.

I'm cool with people like @sama hyping up AI, but their claims are overblown. Is this "the singularity?". It looks like GPT is still using the same cringe cliches it always has. Fast-paced, pivotal, secret weapon, content that drives results. It sounds like 2013 spun content.

@Goog_Enough I know this was an inside job, but I do think Reddit posts are usually better quality than the typical SEO garbage you find on Google. I use Reddit all the time to find answers because Google usually returns trash.

I'm worried about an internet where even large and well-respected companies just create poor quality AI content with Chat-GPT and rank for it. This kind of stuff is not what readers want and is terrible for branding, but Google is happy to rank it simply due to the brand power.

@tomshardware is a strange website to me. They are leaving a lot of money on the table by writing introductions like these. They're very difficult to read, way too long, and reduce trust. They don't really sound like a real gamer either. I wonder what the bounce rate is like...

@betweenengland All of these travel kws are just google's AI overviews, hotel ads, and 5 major sites: TripAdvisor, Conde Nast, US news and travel, Time Out, and Reddit. Not a single one of these sites has any original content at all. Google can't compete with socials or YouTube for these kws.

@natejhake I've been checking SERPs for travel related kws like travel lemming had and it's so depressing. All of these massive sites just rip the description from the hotel site and provide no value to readers. There's no analysis at all. It's just a pic of the hotel with a star rating.

Humanizing AI content is not as much about the words you use but the actual SUBSTANCE of the content. AI is generic and very factual. Human content is more detailed, visual, and varied. The more you add to AI the more human it becomes.

Add your own UNIQUE thoughts into the content even if it's just one per subsection. AI is very generic. It thinks of nothing new. it's just a text generator. Add your own factrs, perspectives, or quotes to improve the humanness of your content

0 - 10,000 clicks by humanizing AI content the right way...and all while improving rankings. Yes, you can have content that ranks AND sounds human. I hear a lot of people talking about humanizing AI content, but I don't think anyone really hits the mark at all.
