@mhammett With the Google Assistant, you can also just say "Talk to Baby Stats" and the assistant will prompt you to use Baby Stats.

@ActionsOnGoogle Can you restore Baby Stats? Baby Stats was removed because the words "Alexa" and "skill" were in in my privacy policy (along with Google). I removed words for all platforms (including Google's) now (babystats.org/privacy) #AOGDevs #VoiceFirst

@bernsteind @bmetrock @nickschwab @afirstenberg @chatasweetie @ActionsOnGoogle @irreverentmike @HandNF @therednickm I received a second email about an hour ago clarifying that my terms was correct all along and needed no changes (I already did so I left it). However they wanted me to change my privacy policy (which was done over 24 hours ago). Just need to be reinstated.

The email I received when I was taken down said "Your Action uses terminology associated with a non-Google developer platform", which called out "Alexa" and "skill" in my privacy policy further down.

@chatasweetie @afirstenberg @ActionsOnGoogle @bernsteind @irreverentmike @HandNF @chatasweetie I received a second email just now saying that they also want me to modify my terms and condititions to: "replace all occurrences of “skill” and “skills/apps” with the name Baby Stats" That is done as well: babystats.org/terms

@marktucker The other kicker is I haven't made changes to the policy since I deployed on AOC (4 years ago?) and my app has not changed in at least a year. So this would indicate it's a "new" policy or enforcement.

@marktucker Yeah totally agree. I definitely understand Google wanting to ensure the user isn't confused by a privacy policy, but all it would have took was a notification to me telling me to adjust it and it could have happened within minutes. Now users have had 24 hours of down time :(
