I know I've said a lot about Andrii Telizhenko, but I was there with him and saw what was done to him firsthand. In fact, he told me that before I visited, no one had even bothered to come and see him. The deep state targeted this guy and left him to rot, almost literally, and outside this corner of Twitter, hardly anyone seems to care. Andrii spent six months working with Senator Johnson and his staff on the Biden investigation. Then, the moment FBI official Nikki Floris appeared in August 2020 and branded him a Russian agent, everyone dropped him like a hot potato. By that point, the FBI had already been exposed for its central role in the Russiagate hoax, so why was its word suddenly treated as gospel, especially when it came to shutting down the Hunter Biden investigation? The remarkable thing is that nothing Andrii ever told investigators, and none of the documents he produced, has ever been disproven. If anything, the evidence has consistently borne him out. Let me give you an example. When he told me Ukrainian officials had targeted Carter Page before anyone had even heard of Carter Page, I'll admit I was skeptical. It took him about five seconds to pull up the emails proving it. The same thing happened repeatedly over the few days I spent with him. I'd question something because it sounded almost unbelievable, and within moments he would produce documentary evidence. What I still find completely unfathomable is that Andrii remains under U.S. sanctions because of a smear orchestrated by Nikki Floris, even after the U.S. government released documents in which Floris herself boasted that she was running the "shadow government." And yet Andrii is still left to rot.

His parents helped him surrender. He texted his roommate: "I am, I'm sorry." He engraved "Hey Fascist! Catch!" on the ammunition a month before he used it. You said police "didn't even question" Lance Twiggs. He was interviewed twice. FBI the morning after. Joint state-federal team seven months later. His own attorney. Voluntary phone surrender. You laughed when you said it. You told Shawn Ryan a shaped charge killed Charlie. That PETN was in his microphone. The medical examiner says gunshot wound. Bullet fragments were recovered from his body. A .30-06 Mauser with Robinson's DNA was found in the woods. Neither side — not prosecution, not defense — has mentioned explosives. Not once in four days. You said the shot came from below. The Losi building is above the amphitheater. You called Erika Kirk a "clinical psychopath" to an audience of millions. You said the assassination was "an occult ritual." You said Charlie was "sitting in a pentagram." You told people Israel killed him because he refused Netanyahu. You made over a hundred episodes. You built a franchise on a dead man's name. And the hardest fact of all: Tyler Robinson's own defense lawyers — the people whose entire career is on the line to get him acquitted — have refused to make a single one of your arguments. Not one. They're challenging DNA methodology. They are doing their jobs. You were doing something else entirely. Charlie Kirk changed my life. He platformed my work when nobody knew who I was. He had my back when I was doxxed. I was the ten-thousandth most important person in his world and I will never be able to repay him. So I did what I know how to do. I read every transcript. I watched every hour of testimony. I cataloged your claims and I held them up against what was said under oath. Every single one failed. I don't know why you did this. I'm not going to speculate on your motives, because that would make me exactly the kind of analyst I've spent my career refusing to be. But I know what you did. You told people confident lies about a dead man's murder, and millions of them believed you, and some of them turned that belief into threats against his widow. The trial continues. And every day of sworn testimony is another day your words get tested against reality... under oath, on the record, where it counts. I'll be here for all of it... because just as Charlie defended me, I will do what little I can to defend his legacy and @TPUSA and @MrsErikaKirk from evil.

I am very critical of settler violence and think Israel needs to do far more to punish it. But that’s not what this is about. So what appears to have happened here was an intentional political stunt by someone who has built his entire career on stunts. @RoKhanna had his Palestinian guides take him into a restricted area that is closed off to civilians without requesting access or coordinating with anyone. Local security (which Khanna intentionally misrepresents as random settlers) then stopped them. IDF arrived and spent time evaluating the situation. Then Israeli police showed up, determined what had happened, and let them go on their way. No one was hurt or attacked. No one was threatened. Khanna knew going to a restricted area would get a response and he got exactly what he wanted. I will note that if a random group goes onto a military restricted area in the U.S., they would also be detained and questioned. Israel is to blame for letting Khanna plan out this stunt, but that’s exactly what it was. And it was predictably coordinated with the press as he had a NYT photographer with him and waited until they released a story days later to even post about it. Khanna wants to run for president on this nonsense because he has nothing to offer Americans.

Finalizing budget review/vetoes and I can report: FY 26-27 will be the fourth straight year that Florida has reduced its budget. Rainy day fund = full (and more than triple the size from 2019). The budget represents 44% of the size of the budget of New York (the state closes to FL in population, with NY having between 3 and 4 million fewer residents).

Today, under the leadership of @VP Vance and @DAGToddBlanche, we are announcing the 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown involving 455 defendants charged in connection with $6.5+ BILLION in alleged fraud. One person arrested by @FBILosAngeles in the Central District of California was Jeannie Choi, 57, of Torrance. She is charged along with two other defendants—Oren David Shachar, 59, of Van Nuys, and Abraham Shin, 66, of Corona—with a hospice fraud scheme that caused Medicare to pay nearly $27 million in fraudulent claims. Shachar allegedly exploited deceased Medicare beneficiaries by collecting their personal health data and medical records through meetings with surviving relatives. He then directed staff to use those identities to create false, backdated hospice records claiming evaluations and terminal certifications that never occurred. Shachar paid Choi and Shin between $1,000 and $3,000 for each deceased beneficiary fraudulently enrolled in hospice care. Shachar and Shin have pleaded not guilty and have a trial scheduled for August 11. Choi is expected to make her initial appearance and be arraigned today in Los Angeles federal court. Public health programs intended to help the elderly and sick are being undermined by fraudsters, threatening the financial stability of these programs for all Americans. We are committed to rooting out the rampant fraud that has plagued our institutions for too long.
