@myntraSupport @myntra Totally let down with your support team. What's the use of being a Icon Insider if you can't resolve a issue and your team's only focus is to close ticket and not resolve my issue. Check the 3 ticket of 19 Mar. None is resolved but is marked closed

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I changed my sim to esim but during activation I by mistake added 2 esims So I "Factory reset" esims and now my old phone doesn't have network and new phone is working, at 7:30 I visited airtek store and they said in 4hrs it'll work but no netwrk
